All grain, batch sparging. Don't brew more than a few times a year... Getting better as knowledge increases... Water is now the final frontier.
Some were merely ok, others were, well, completed... My 1st AG batch was pretty good even if I underestimated overall efficiency and made a "monster".
I hope to finally make, repeatedly, a good beer. Not just drinkable, but one that I'd be PROUD to share...
My first all grain was named in honor of one of my twin sons, Tony. RIP Brodeaux, we miss you.
