I am a partial mash brewer. I have been brewing since about 1980 when my father introduced me to extract brewing. He and I brewed together. Now my son is a brewer. So it is a family tradition. I like to brew pale ales, IPAs and CDAs. Generally brew in about 4 gal batch sizes only because the wort is easier to handle since I brew by myself. Nothing fancy. Brew on the stove top. Keep it simple. Some of my brews have won blue ribbons in county fair competitions.
