Rig: 10 gallon kegs (mirror finish) three in a row with two chuggers , stainless heat exchanger for step mashes and counterflow chiller. Dual temp fermentation chamber, two tap kegerator and bottles.
Brew all styles-mainly IPA's, Pales and Blondes in summer and dark Belgians and big Stouts in winter. Not afraid to brew out of style.
