I switched over to all grain several months ago after 1 year and about 20 batches of extract brewing. I built a 2 tier system from scratch over the winter, capable of up to 15 gallon batches. 7 batches through it so far with mixed results, but getting better every time. I keg on cornies exclusively, ferment in plastic conicals I made, and just now have the ability to lager. Like most everyone, I read constantly and I really want to get good at the art of brewing.
