My first bear-In-A-Bag brew was a disaster despite following the recipe. That triggered a mild obsession into reading up the science and process of beer making. Every brew since has been great.
I have type 1 diabetes, so I am particularly interested in brewing low carbohydrate beers. In South Africa the lite beer selection is limited to one dimensional or on-fun. It shouldn't be too hard to improve on this.
I am current brewing all grain brews and love the extra control that comes with it.
