I am brewing for a lot of reasons. One I love good beer(who dosen't). Two to learn the craft and better understand it all. Three, I love sharing my talent with others, so if I can share this with friends thats awsome, if it can maybe go further, than even better.
A lot of what I have brewed follows the BJCP guids. This is so I can learn the styles and play with the effects of malts, and addatives and yeast. At the same time, having as much fun with this as possible.
