I have been brewing for over 15 years. Even though my brews have really evolved, I feel I am still learning. I read everything I can on brewing and watch a lot of youtube to get different ideas on techniques and profiles. I do 99% of my brewing with all grain. I have moved a lot in the last 10 years so learning about the different water in different parts of the country helps me with different profile possibilities. My hopes in life would to be a brewer for a small brew pub. Any comments are welcome.
I brew mostly Ails because I do not have the equipment to do loggers. I truly do prefer Ails to drink though, just my preferance.
