Batches from - 5-7 Gal, also brew on a local brewery's 120L pilot system
Experimenting and reading everything I can get my hands on
Back yard hop plantings got me into brewing. Currently growing Fuggles, Mt. Hood, Magnum and Centennial

My Beers:

My Belgian Dark Strong, various Saisons, English Bitters and Rye ales have been my best styles. Extraordinarily drinkable!
