I am an all grain brewer of traditional British cask beers. I started brewing in the UK around 1995 with local malts and hops. Now living in Australia I brew using blends of Australian malts, with European and new world hops. I use my own liquid yeast cultivation.
After conditioning, I store my beer in polypins at 9 degrees. Beer is drawn through a traditional handpump.
While in the UK, many of my beers appeared in local beer festivals
APA - Aussie Pale Ale. A refreshing, amber session beer that leaves your taste buds wanting more!
Old Ale - a winter warmer
Spring Best - a light best bitter with a fresh, grassy aroma
Golden Summer - a golden bitter with a slightly citrus after tone
Triple B - an autumnal best, with a late hint of chocolate
80/- a traditiional Scottish strong ale
Porter
Cottage cider - brewed to a 17th Century recipe with the flavour dependant on the apples I scrump, and the nectar the bees have found. I only make one batch per year, specially for summer BBQs
