Brewing All Grain on a 23L, 2 vessel system.
MLT: 32L coolbox, copper manifold.
HLT/Kettle: 32L plastic bucket, 3kw electric element & copper hop filter. Copper immersion chiller
Fermentation: ATC800+ controlled fridge & tube heater, plastic wine fermenters.
Packaging: Batch Prime & Bottle Conditioned.
Hoppy American styles, AIPA, APA, West Coast Ambers and malty English styles like Oatmeal Stout, Brown Ales, Mild. Might get into lagers & sour beers at some point
