I use a crazy DIY RIMS made up of a 5 gal thermos for an HLT, 10 gal thermos with a filter bag and dome bottom filter for a mash tun and a 10 gal SS kettle. I built a heating tube with copper pipe and an electric water heater element and I built an electronic temperature control box.
- A mild IPA similar to Lagunitas IPA.
- A traditional porter with mutiple variations such as chocolate peanut butter, chocolate cherry, and vanilla bean porter.
- A traditional hefeweissen
- A traditional pilsner
