I usually run a Bi-weekly brewing schedule on 5-gallon all-grain system. I pull out the Megapot, re-puposed turkey fryer (boil kettle) and start brewing. Recently I have been brewing more frequent 3 gallon Extract batches to experiment with recipes and what my home-brewhouse is capable of.
German Ales, Lagers, English Porters, Northwest IPAs and Pale Ales, Steam-type Lagers, and anything that tastes great with the season.
