Your average home brewer with a cooler mash tun, propane burner, and a lot to learn about brewing! Not set up for lagers, so I pretty much stick to ales. I use a wine fridge with a temperature controller as my fermentation chamber.
My Beers:
I prefer mostly English beer styles, particularly bitters and stouts. But I'll try to brew anything at least once.
