I've upgraded from propane to a Spike 3 kettle electric HERMS system with RipTide pumps and Blichmann BrewCommander 220 controllers, connected to 31g SlingBlade heating elements. My boil kettle is equipped with a condenser lid so I can brew in the basement. My wort chiller is an Exchilerator Brutus Pro and I ferment in 2 half barrel SS Chronicals, using a glycol cooling system. I keep tabs on the ferment process using Tilt hydrometers, connected to a Raspberry Pi 400. The kettles and fermenters rest on Delta Brewing Sytems BrewTables.
