Basic and minimalistic setup. Challenging environment. Demanding customers.
I look for perfect balance and drinkability. Beer might be hoppy or malty, dry or sweet, pale or dark, but it has to be tasty, balanced, and must match its purpose. From digestible belgian strong ales to thirst-quenching summer brews. Malt, hops, sugar, spices and water, that's the base, and the purpose is perfect moment of delight. Cheers.
