I use liquid extracts, start with 6.5 -7 gallons, boil on my patio down to 5 gallons, and use a home-made two-coil chiller. I’ve been home brewing since around 2000.
In 2024 I started brewing smaller batches (2.5-3 gallons) with a new conical fermenter, simplifying the process.
I brew primarily IPAs and Irish Stouts
