We do 10 gallon batches by BIAB. Often, we 50/50 grain with extract to get flavor without too much hassle on crude equipment.
We lean toward higher gravity brews, but mix in Cream ales, Kolsches and Blondes for our friends so they can drive home after a visit.
Hopchick is a stalwart fan of hoppy brews, huge grain bills, and adding all kinds of ingredients to the mix.
Beer Hole brings in the hard science, general handiness, and a dirty sense of humor...plus he cleans a lot of stuff.
Latest project is a stab at cloning Maui Brewing Company's incredible chocolate coconut special high grav.
We are really close to a perfect clone of Pliny the Elder.
