With a family of 5 I need to keep my brew days shorter. I do a lot 1 gallons. Easy clean up. When I find something I really like, I'll do a 2.5 gallon. Many of my recipes use DME and a small list of BIAB grains based on recipes I've tried or am working on. I like to try older recipes. I also do a lot of 1 gallon meads and have shared a Braggot that turned out well. All my stuff is experimental but based on studies of the style or comparison to other recipes. I include lots of my study notes. I thought I would share the stuff I'm working on for others looking for shorter brew days,
