I've been home brewing for about 6 years now. I do mostly extract w/ specialty grain batches but have on occasion done some partial mash batches. I do 5 gallon batches and make both ales and lagers. I have won several awards in brewing competitions and have one Best of Show award. Always looking to learn something new and always happy to share information.
Too numerous to list...can make it as general as possible by saying I've dabbled in stouts, porters, lagers and belgians.
