Basic system out of my garage. Keggle, 10 gal mash tun, 5 gal HLT, 7.5 gal fermenting bucket, 5 gal glass carboy, 8 gal Speidel fermenter.
Not being able to find a decent stout on tap in the middle of July is what got me interested in brewing so that's what I stick to primarily. I also enjoy porters, Irish reds, brown ales. Not a fan of most IPAs but there have been a few here and there I have enjoyed.
