brewed my first batch(es) 11/04/12. so far, i'm more than happy with the way my beers have turned out. we use a turkey fryer for the time being and six gallon fermenters and carboys, but we will soon upgrade to all grain capacity. trying to get the digitally controlled 20 gallon tippy tun brewsculpture, but i'm having to work on my brewing partner to convince him to take the leap.
nut brown ale (from a brewmaster's bible recipe, with a few of our own tweaks)
russian imperial stout (same as above)
honey blonde ale with some wheat (my first recipe of my own)
imperial honey blonde with forbidden fruit belgian yeast
high gravity amber ale with maple syrup (don't wanna call it a double or imperial, but it'll be bigger than i expected - around 8%)
