Brewer's Friend Home Brewing Software

I'm the brewer at a startup micro-brewery in Spain, producing beers under the brands El Camino Cerveza and Manicomio Cervecero. Our core is Brewiks 5HL two-vessel integrated brewing system, which gives us all the flexibility we need to make almost any beer we want (with very high efficiency). We do double brews to fill 12HL CCT in one day and we are use the CCTs as unitank.

I like modern English and Irish Ales, rather pale and bitter than dark and sweet. Right now I'm mastering the relatively new styles like NEIPA and West Coast IPA, using late and dry hopping techniques.
