Just started back into home brewing. In school now for my MBA, and would like to open a brewery/brewpub in the future. Equipment wise, I'd like to upgrade my kettle into a 10 gallon unit, right now I brew out of a 6 gallon stock pot. I have two fermenters, my main is the Catalyst Fermentation System which is great for both primary and secondary. I also have a big bubbler plastic 5 gallon unit with a bottling spigot which I use more so for secondary and aging/lagering.
Hoppy-Honey APA, Why Rye Session IPA (Up until recently I've only brewed out of recipe kits). Also in the process of creating a fest beer for my wedding.
