I am employed as a commercial brewer at The Blue Anchor Brewery but my better half and myself like to discover new flavours at home.
Like all beers, Wendy particularly enjoys fruity IPAs, we've just done an all Amarillo brew with a massive amount of dry hopping.
I'm wanting to have a go at Belgium ales and some big Imperials as well as trying to get my own flavours.
