I have been brewing on and off for about 20 years. I got started when I lived in Hawaii, because there was only Budweiser and Coors...egh! So I hooked up with an Air Traffic Controller that worked at the Kona Airport on the Big Island. I've been brewing ever since.
I like Beer with flavor. I make IPA's, ESB's, a great Hefeweizen, Nut Brown's and Stout's.
