Other than that, just unmalted wheat 40-50%, remainder pale malt.
Coriander and orange peel at 5 minutes.
MJ wit bier yeast
4.4% abv roughly

(Bavaria is in Germany, but I've not seen the hop used in Belgium and the Netherlands)

It's been some time since I brewed a wit. I've used Mittlefruh, lemon drop, Citra and tetnang in the past.

@Herm brews , all of those are not Belgium hops either. I obviously wasn't thinking when I replied to the Bavarian mandarin suggestion.

Anything noble-ish that's cheap. This style has little to do with hop character. If anything, you're aiming for a sort of peppery spiciness and nothing more.
