Tempted to go for Saaz?
1 application at 30 minutes?
About 12 ibu?

Other than that, just unmalted wheat 40-50%, remainder pale malt.
Coriander and orange peel at 5 minutes.
MJ wit bier yeast
4.4% abv roughly

Mandarina Bavaria?
Doesn't sound very Belgium....
(Bavaria is in Germany, but I've not seen the hop used in Belgium and the Netherlands)
Ain't got it anyway

I've seen Saaz and East Kent Goldens used. I poked around when I thinking about summer beer ideas.

Hallertauer Mittelfrüh?

It's been some time since I brewed a wit. I've used Mittlefruh, lemon drop, Citra and tetnang in the past.

I got tettnang, I think
And tradition
Gonna have to think it over a bit more

@Herm brews , all of those are not Belgium hops either. I obviously wasn't thinking when I replied to the Bavarian mandarin suggestion.

Looks like Saaz and tradition are used the most.
And as 1 application at 60 minutes
