Weird water question

Ok...so...you that are smarter than me when it comes to water......is this indicative of any specific mineral in my water? I was making baguettes in a moist oven and the pan evaporated and this interesting, almost snowflake-ie crystal pattern emerged. Any ideas ?

Did you use salt in your bread mix? I get all kinds of crazy shit on my windows from the sea mist when I stay overnight at the beach.

It looks to be a few grams, so if you sprinkled something onto the dough before baking, it must be that.

Bingo! Salt..definitely salt.

For all the bread that I have baked using this method of a "moist" oven to get a crusty crust I've never had that happen....Christmas trees...lol...I thought Chinese characters.
