Out of chocolate but I have Pale chocolate. Never used it. At 2% of the grist would I notice much of a difference except color?
The clone recipe for Hobgoblin has that small amount of chocolate. I don’t taste anything toasty or acrid in it so I’m sure I’ll be fine subbing them out. I’ll just call it GoblinPale chocolate is more toasty/nutty/chocolate where chocolate is more acrid/roasty/coffee.
