I haven't used the Novalager yeast yet, so I can't comment on that, but the recipe looks good.
The 46 Ibu's will be misleading with your hop schedule.

Ya totally didn't change that. It's gonna be voss.

Ya with the old school hopping I could probably tone it down. Think like 38ish? Maybe I'll pull the bittering?

No, with the hop schedule, I like it. I wouldn't change it
