The recipe that I have found calls for 1/2 oz. of Paradise Seeds addition for the last 15 minutes of the boil. I have been unable to find them locally, and wonder whether or not they are absolutely needed. Are there any substitutes that may work just as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Brewing with pride & thanks!
