So I kind of Stumbled on this by accident. anyone Get alot of foam when they pour from thier keg?

yes?

Try this and Let me know if it works. pour 4 Oz, then wait 30 Secs, then Pour the rest of the pour.

mine has decreased the foam by at least half.

You have to cool the tap, the tap is warm and the cold beer hits it and foams, I've always poured a small glass put that down then fill my mug

I usually have a "spit bucket" by my tap to pour out the first couple ounces. It's good to clear the lines and get a little cold beer in the tap.

Did this the other day or something similar sorta like when they pour you a Guinness at the bar they pour a bit then wait then finish it.

There is another variable that can affect foaming.
When I was buying the bits needed to get set up for kegging, I read somewhere to get longer shanks.
Theory being that a good amount of metal inside the fridge will keep that tap cooler.
I have 4" shanks, a good 3" of which are inside the fridge.
I do get more foam on my first pour, than the next, but (this one is too easy kids, leave it alone) I enjoy a good frothy head, so I don't mind.

I've changed my setup and now using a fridge with the taps through the door, my foam is almost gone, the taps are always cold, that's the only reason I can think of

I want to know where that drain goes, lol

Purely by accident I have just enough room for the "stock" handles, and of course the custom made handles. When I drilled the holes in the door, and put the first tap in, I thought, OMG what have I done, but there was just enough clearance!
