Step mash input

Quick question on the recipe builder. I have an All Electric Anvil Foundry. When Inputting the Mash Guidelines. The first step for infusion is as usual, but I don't add any water to the second step, just raise the temperature on the vessel. So how do I enter the second step in the recipe builder. TYPE is what? Temperature? and should AMOUNT of water just be left at zero? Thanks.
