Does anyone know of any recipe calculators/software that adjusts the amount of hops based on boil time?
I brew (BIAB) small batches and only boil for 35min. Drew Beechum and Denny Conn say in their book that if you use 1/2 hour boil times you should double your hops.
Does any software do this?

I think most brewing software would do that. The recipe builder on this site does. To get a more accurate calculation be sure to replace the default Alpha Acid (AA) with what is listed on your bag of hops. But don't be slavish on hitting your AA target exactly. You won't be able tell if you're off by a few points.

I only know of recipe tools that report the expected bitterness after you tell it the boil time, AA and amount. None adjust the amount or boil time for you.
