Primo has a publicly available water quality report from 2017 (report attached). The report is detailed, but it lacks information on minerals of concern to brewers.
Here are the test results of a Primo Purified sample sent to Ward Labs:
pH 7.1 (2017 Primo report shows pH of 6.28)
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Est, ppm 32
Electrical Conductivity, mmho/cm 0.05
Cations / Anions, me/L 0.4 / 0.2
All results below are ppm...
Sodium, Na < 1
Potassium, K 6
Calcium, Ca 3.6
Magnesium, Mg < 1
Total Hardness, CaCO3 10
Nitrate, NO3-N 0.3 (SAFE)
Sulfate, SO4-S < 1
Chloride, Cl 7
Carbonate, CO3 < 1.0
Bicarbonate, HCO3 < 1
Total Alkalinity, CaCO3 < 1
Total Phosphorus, P < 0.01
Total Iron, Fe < 0.01
"<" - Not Detected / Below Detection Limit
Hope this helps!
