Looking at trying to clone the Shock Top Pretzel Wheat beer. Please look over my tentative recipe and chime in with any suggested changes. Thanks in advance.

5# Briess Brewers 2 Row
2# American White Wheat
2# Maris Otter
2# Caramel/Crystal 40L
1 oz Hallertau Mittelfrau at 60 and 15 minutes each
Safale us-05 yeast
Flavor with one dram Amoretti Salted Pretzel flavoring

I think that is too much Crystal 40. I wouldn't use more than 1lb in 5 gallons of anything unless doing something very specific.
You never know what they are doing with the Anheuser Busch brands, but isn't that supposed to be a Wit? If so, can you get a Wit yeast? S-05 would probably work if you can't.
Again, no telling what Anheuser Busch does, but if doing a Wit, isn't Pilsner supposed to be part of the base?
I found several Wit recipes online with a simple search and found a few for Shock Top. You can review those or combine some ideas.

Agree on the crystal.

The yeast choice will have a huge influence on the overall flavor. Us-05 is probably too bland for the pretzel wheat. I'd consider a hefeweitzen yeast, ferment low to minimize banana and emphasize yeast/bread.
