So prior to brewing this, I asked friends and family what they thought about the idea because we want to enter a beer into an upcoming IPA competition. We received a lot of positive responses, but not surprisingly, there was also a lot of negative feedback. The negative feedback revolved around the controversy of the New England style IPA and how it could come off as a cliche idea given the popularity of the style.
Nonetheless, we did a test batch of the beer before committing to it for the competition.

The results... well, we were so happy with how this beer turned out that we are going to roll with it for the competition. I'm sharing it here because for anyone looking to brew a NEIPA, try this one! I tried it with the coconut and vanilla and without. Both were excellent.
If you do decide to brew it, post your results, feedback, and/or any changes you made here!
