I am looking to brew a couple of extract batches with some of the hops I harvested and dried this summer. The whole hops I have on hand are Cenntenial, Chinook, Cascade,Magnum,Nugget,Tahoma, and Mt. Hood. I have several ounces of each. I was thinking Magnum or Chinook for bittering? Chinook Cascade an Cenntenial for flavor and aroma? Not necessarily in that order. Doesn't have to be those hops. Any ideas, suggestions or recipes?

Centennial, chinook, and cascade are a great combo for an IPA. Might add a bit of amarillo or mosiac for dry hop

Thanks for the replies. I think I will do Magnum, and Cascade for the pale ale and Magnum, Chinook and Cenntenial for the I.P.A.
