I recently tried an Oktoberfest that the brewer tells me was made with an English Ale yeast, which I intend to try to brew. This particular brew also had a very delicate but noticable hop flavor and aroma, I know this is not characteristic of the style, but it tasted great. I am seeking input on achieving the same or similar hop profile in my attempt at "Moktoberfest". I was not able to get the hops bill from the brewer.
