Want to get 3 more brews in before it gets too cold.
These are what I am thinking

Never brewed a Bock, so that will be fun, and I lost my go-to IRA so have to start over.

I am not as familiar with the Nottingham yeasts. Is the one you are using for the amber close to WLP004? I bet some flaked oates in that recipe would be tasty too.

I am leading towards this, not sure how "Irish" it is but want to take a modern spin,
Using CaraRed or RedX as a light crystal
CaraBoh for a med-dark crystal
and Choco-Rye as for flavor/color with a touch of Roasted Barley
