I just got a wyeast 1056 from a friend. It's been in the fridge and has not expired but the pack is already swelled as if it has been smacked. Should I use it?

There are a couple Wyeast yeast varieties that they warn can arrive already inflated, but are still good to go; 1056 is one of them.I used skme 1056 that looked swelled. Worked perfectly
