Anyone have a Mark II or bucket blaster or diy auto keg cleaner.
Do they work well?

I made mine with a submersible pump and a CIP ball. pretty simple but works really well. it cleans fermentors too.

It sits in a bin for water and a shelf for the keg to sit on.

edit: oh ya, I use a 1000W submersible heater to heat the water too

I built this today. I used the website that @jschein referenced and modified it into a 4-legged model and used threaded connections for the legs. I made it four legs so the kegs and fermenters would have a stable platform to sit on. Plus the weight wouldn't be sitting right on the pump. I used threaded connections for the legs so I could dissemble and air dry afterwards. I figured constant moisture wouldn't be good for something intended to clean and sanitize. The pump is a 600 GPH pond pump that I already had. The CIP spray ball does a good job of spreading the water around but doesn't turn it into a scouring machine. (I had wondered that before I bought it.)

nice! I like the addition of the ball lock connectors to clean those too. I ussualy have to clean those in a seperate step. may have to steal that :p

I got one of those keg washers from SS Brewtech. It was pricy but it works really nice. Basically set it and forget it.
