Is there any way to transfer beer from a keg thats already carbonated, to a bottle, and keep the bottle carbonated. Do I need to add anything to the bottle for it to stay carbonated?

I have transferred beer to growlers, but I never have the beer sitting around long enough to see how long it holds the carbonation. I have a habit of drinking it before this can happen!

I think the bottling for competitions thread may have the answer that I'm looking for.

I do it all the time, you need a keg bottling device for best results, this is what I use

I would like to add to this question:

If I were to bottle out of a keg it would be to free up the keg for another batch of beer and allow me to store the bottled beer for later use. However, the beer in the keg is cold(38-40 degrees), does that mean I need to store the bottled beer in the refrigerator? I would really like to store it in the basement but the temp is 68ish degrees, would this temperature change skunk the beer or have an unacceptable negative impact?

I will say that in a short time period it shouldn't, just don't let the bottles go from cold to hot back and fourth and I wouldn't go any higher than that temp, lower would be better
