Just pitched yeast under 12 hours ago but I’ve never seen this type of look before underneath the krausen.

Protein clumps, most likely. It'll probably stir up with further activity and then drop out when the yeast slows down.
Not likely anything to worry about.
 
I wouldn't worry about it to much, if it's still there when everything drops out then deal with it. You're committed now, might as well let it buck.
 
Looks like protein goop. I've had it before in batches that came out fine.
 
Agree with all of the above...........no worries.
 
That's why I use a bucket! As long as it is bubbling and doesn't smell bad, it is all good. :D
