How do you start a new brewing session in the software?

I may be missing the obvious here

But how do you create a new brewing session?

Just go to the recipe you have made and click on the green "Brew" icon. Note that you need to save the recipe first.

Once you have your recipe created, click on Brew, that will create a new brewing session and get you started.
