I bottled a bitter yesterday that was bittered with minstrel hops that was delicious. Come to find out that minstrel hops have been discontinued.

If stored properly hops will keep for a couple of years. Stock up so you have a supply while you find a substitute.

Unfortunately the only shop that I ever found with them went out of business late last year.
