Help for a recipe

Does anyone have a Dogfish Head clone recipe for Aprihop? I have a malt bill but I don’t know how to break it down to lbs./oz.for a 10 gal.batch. This is what I have. Two-row Pils malt 83%. CaraPils malt 8%. Dark crystal malt 65 oL 7% Amber malt oL 2%
