Grain Storage questions?

So I preparing to start storing some grain. Do people normally line food grade buckets to better protect the contents or just toss it in? Then for my specialty grains would it be ok to store them in the same bucket in separate paper bags, or is there a concern of off flavors developing between the grains?

kind of late on this one but here's my 2 cents, I store my grain in sealed plastic food grade barrels with screw top lids, you can buy these on line, not the cheapest but work great for fermenting too
I also put the grain in 1 quart to 1 gallon plastic baggies inside, for 50 pounds of 2row I just pour it in
