I recently found my water report of my well water. I have a ph tester so I knew what that was, but I don't know what the rest of these numbers means as far as brewing goes. I found Palmer's book a bit confusing. Can someone please shed light on this for me?

Hey your water looks pretty good for brewing! Brewers only care about half of those numbers

Go to Profile -> Water Profiles -> Add New. It'll pull up a page that looks like this:

The first 3 boxes are calcium, magnesium, and sodium (Ca+2, Mg+2, and Na). Your water report does not directly list those values. But your Chloride is 25 (Cl-2) and your sulfate is 11.7 (SO4-) so you can fill in the last 2 boxes.

Change the drop down box under alkalinity to Hardness and enter 100 and fill in the pH.

Your calcium value can be calculated using the hardness value but I forget how at the moment (the calculator may do that for you). If you want magnesium and sodium values you'll have to pay for another test that looks for them. But that will at least let you build a water profile around your predicted mash pH. Good luck and happy brewing!

Edit to add: doh you have sodium listed. Fill in 10.4 in the box for Na
