First Commercial Brew of an Applied Zymurgy Recipe

Next Tuesday the Dillon Dam Brewery in Dillon, Colorado will brew Applied Zymurgy (read Nosybear) Koelleweizen, the first ever commercial brew of one of my recipes! The brew won gold in its class at the Dam's homebrew competition last year. By my reckoning, it should be ready in mid-late June, just in time for some great hiking in our hills....
