Hello guys, tired of cleaning manually, I make a system by getting information on Google
Simple and seem to be efficient.

I don't use a garbage can, but something similar.

Submersible pump with a cip ball on the end.

I need to add the ball locks to mine. I have a separate cleaner for that, it could be done at the same time.

Nah, once it's clean, run star san through it. Drain, seal it and put 10psi of co2 in it. It will be ready for next time.

I don t understand how you run starsan threw it. Sorry and thanks

I just pour 3 gallons of starsan in the keg. shut it, then slosh it around for a minute. pour it back in the bucket and call it good.
Ok because I wash keg by bulk(I mean more then 5 at a time with always one or 2 fermentor, I will make a smaller system for starsan....using smaller pump type aquarium, because star san become crazy foamy, I ve tried with big pump and I was able to make a foam party. Thanks for information again and this perfect CIP ball, I love it.

My fermenter is easy. The Fermonsters have a huge opening to wipe down with a rag. Wipe, rinse, fill with Star San a few days before brewing.
I also rinse the keg with regular water. I then use the cleaner and the Star San. The cleaner sits a few hours or overnight. The next day or later, I pressurize just a little and run the cleaner and the Star San though the lines. Seems to work.
On the meeting last month, I got warned about leaving the Star San in the keg, but nothing crazy yet.
